Eidogen-Sertanty to Release Oncology Database

San Diego, CA (August 22, 2011) - Eidogen-Sertanty, Inc. has announced a new oncology knowledgebase focusing on emerging and hot targets. Complementing its flagship Kinase Knowledgebase(KKB), Eidogen-Sertanty's Oncology Knowledgebase (OKB) focuses on a broad spectrum of targets relevant to Colon cancer, Esophageal cancer, Glioma, Head and Neck cancer, Kidney cancer, Leukemia, Liver cancer, Lung cancer, Lymphoma, Melanoma, Ovarian cancer, Prostate cancer, Skin cancer, and Stomach cancer.

The OKB includes enzymatic and cell-based structure-activity data across Epigenetic targets, orphan nuclear receptors, and transcription factors, and includes data across several G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs), Proteasomes, Farnesyltransferases, Aromatases, and Phosphodiesterases.

Eidogen-Sertanty's Oncology Knowledgebase will be available for subscription in Q4 of 2011.
